After witnessing the Flylow system first hand I can vouch for its efficacy; the system performed exactly as promised. The oil stayed fresh, chips cooking in six day old oil were still crisp, and perhaps the most impressive test of its ability was watching six day old oil stop smoking after placing the Frylow into the fryer. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody looking to reduce their consumption of oil while increasing the quality of their food. We easily quadrupled the length of our oil and will have paid off the initial investment in only a few short months

Prior to having the Frylow units in place we would have a daily filter of oil, and change it 2 - 3 times per week. In the height of summer we changed it every 1 or 2 days for fresh oil as the amount of product going through our fryers meant they did not last at all. This was until I discovered Frylow.
The results really were amazing. The oil consumption was instantly cut in half, or even more. The consistency of the food increased dramatically, with exceptional results with the calamari. This is also true for the chips, the batter on the fish and many other deep fried items we have on offer. The standard is now much higher, and much more consistent all of the time.
It has taken a weight off of my mind and cannot recommend this product enough to other kitchens.
